We make every effort to ensure that our customers are fully satisfied. We pride ourselves in doing our best to create products with quality material. 

All sales are FINAL!

Please contact us with any concerns with the product you have received. Refunds, returns or exchanges are at the discretion of  Wagonburner Leather. 

Custom Orders

All custom orders are required to pay a deposit of half the total amount of an item. When your order is ready to ship, you will receive an invoice with the remaining balance. If the final invoice is not paid within 30 days, your item will be sold for the remaining balance.

All custom orders will take 4 to 10 weeks to complete before shipping.

Returns 

Contact us before trying to return any item. To be eligible for a return the product must be;

  • in the condition that it was received
  • in it's original packaging 
  • proof of purchase
  • within 30 days of purchase 

Customers are responsible for shipping costs of a return item.

Refunds 

If approved by Wagonburner Leather, your refund will be returned to the original method for payment after your return has been received.
